To guarantee durability, we exclusively use metal posts driven or set with an auger, accompanied by a minimum of 160 pounds of concrete set below frost levels, as per the requirements of Northern Michigan's climate. For the pickets and rails, you have the option to choose between Pressure Treated Pine or Cedar. Additionally, if you opt for our fence staining service, we take the extra step of pre-staining new fence boards, ensuring complete coverage and a long-lasting finish.
